Business Sales Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion. As a Business Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and representing our wholesale women’s clothing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify new business opportunities within the fashion wholesale market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate bulk orders, pricing, and terms with retail businesses.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, inquiries, and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends to inform sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and drive business growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fashion or wholesale.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and current market trends is a plus.
